I write because some stories simply refuse to leave me alone.

Over the years, I’ve written more than 30 books . . . novels, nonfiction, collaborative books and stories that move between the deeply personal and the wildly imaginative . . . from the quiet corners of the human soul to the darker places we’d rather not look.

I’m drawn to complicated characters, questions without easy answers, and ideas that linger long after the final page. I’m fascinated by what happens beneath the surface . . . how we see ourselves, how we see one another, and how easily perception can become reality.

I don’t write to fill pages.

I write to make people feel something.

With readers across 11 countries and international recognition along the way, every book is another invitation to step outside the familiar, see the world differently, and perhaps discover something unexpected about yourself.
