The Author

I write because some stories simply refuse to leave me alone. Over the years, I’ve written novels, nonfiction, collaborative books and stories that move between the deeply personal and the wildly imaginative  . . . from the quiet corners of the human soul to the darker places we’d rather not look. I’m drawn to characters who are complicated, questions without easy answers, and ideas that linger long after the final page. I don’t write to fill pages. I write to make people feel something.
